East Belgrade Interchange Project
Work is Resuming
Update: Crews have resumed work on the East Belgrade Interchange project. Work over the next couple of weeks will continue to be confined to Airway Boulevard between I-90 and Frontage Road and along Frontage Road. Impacts to the traveling public are anticipated to be minimal.
Construction Status - Week of March 30 - April 3
Grading crews are continuing with grading/gravel work and topsoil placement along Airway Boulevard between Interstate 90 and Frontage Road and along Frontage Road.
Concrete crews will continue installing curb and gutterer and sidewalks along Airway Boulevard between Interstate 90 and Frontage Road.
Starting April 1st concrete crews will resume concrete work on the new roundabouts at the bottom of the interstate on and off ramps as well as the new intersection of Northern Pacific Avenue and Airway Boulevard.
Traffic impacts will continue to be minimal over the course of the next couple of weeks.
Motorists are reminded to watch for work crews and equipment, as well as signs indicating reduced speed limits and detours. Posted limits are enforced until signs indicate that the work zone has ended. Fines double in work zones.
