...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT...
* WHAT...Thunderstorms producing heavy rain may cause localized
flash flooding this afternoon and evening.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Montana, including the following
areas, Carter, Custer, Fallon and Northern Rosebud.
* WHEN...Until Midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of streams and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in
poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Some areas have seen from 1 to 3 inches of rain the past few
days, and additional heavy rain on saturated ground could
lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana, including the following
areas, Central and Southeast Phillips, Central and Southern
Valley, Garfield, McCone, Petroleum, Prairie and Southwest
Phillips.
* WHEN...This afternoon through early tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Due to a stalled weather pattern, thunderstorms and heavy
rain have been recurring across the region over the last
several days. Another round of storms this afternoon through
tomorrow morning would add to an already saturated ground.

Basin. In north central Montana, Blaine, Chouteau and Hill.
* WHEN...Until Midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Locally heavy rain from thunderstorms may result in
flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall rates exceeding 1 inch per hour are possible with
thunderstorms through Wednesday evening.
