Red Lodge 8th to Robinson

Project Status

Traffic control remains in place on Broadway and Brewery Hill as workers continue to raise manhole covers and install install topsoil near the the sidewalks.

Construction is expected to be complete mid-month with the exception of the seal and cover on Brewery Hill that will be completed Spring 2016 by a Goran subcontractor.

The project's purpose is to improve safety, pavement conditions, access and capacity. The project will also add and improve pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

The project has four components: 1) Constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Broadway and 3rd Street; 2) Grading and resurfacing from 8th to Robinson; 3) Providing mill and overlay, guard rail and ADA improvement South of Red Lodge; 4) Grading and resurfacing of Brewery Hill on state route 78/3rd Street from Hauser Avenue to just short of Lazy M Street.
