Montana Reinvestment Act
CertificationsIn order to receive ARRA funding, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer needs to certify that Montana will first of all "request and use" funds from the ARRA and second of all use them to create jobs and promote economic growth. The following certifications are available for the Montana Department of Transportation:
