Applies to Federal-aid construction contracts and subcontracts with a prime contract value greater than $2,000. These provisions require the contractor to comply with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts pertaining to the payment of wages for laborers and mechanics (as defined by the Davis-Bacon Act).
Form WH-347 has been made available for the convenience of contractors and subcontractors required by their Federally-aided construction contracts and subcontracts to submit weekly payrolls.
The prime contractor is required to conform any classification of labor that they or their subcontractors will be utilizing under the contract that are not contained in the proposal's federal wage decision. The prime contractor is responsible for the completion and submission of this form to .
Labor Compliance accepts complaints involving nonpayment of prevailing wages for work performed under a transportation-related construction contract that is funded in whole or in part with federal funds. If you suspect that your employer has not compensated you appropriately, complete the Labor/Prevailing Wage Complaint Form and return to Kathy Terrio at the address listed on the Complaint form.
