Having Trouble Opening MDT forms?
MDT is currently migrating most of our forms to online HTML forms. That way they can be opened in any browser on any mobile device without further configuration by the user.
Our PDF forms must be opened in an Adobe product. If the following browser settings do not work please try saving the form to your computer and opening it with Adobe Reader/Pro.
If you are having trouble viewing a form, right click on the form link, choose Save link as, save to your computer, then open the file from the saved location to fill out. Save the changes and route as needed.
If you are using Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome as your internet browser you may have to adjust your settings. Configure Edge, Firefox and Chrome to open PDFs
