2024 Open House

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) hosted an open house to update the public on the status of the design and construction phases of the Billings Bypass arterial roadway that will connect Lockwood and Billings Heights.

The open house was held on Tuesday, May 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Eileen Johnson Middle School - Commons, 1932 US 87 E, Billings, MT 59101.

The meeting provided the following project updates:

• Construction Update: Railroad Overpass and upcoming Johnson Lane Interchange.
• Design Update: Johnson Lane Interchange – Railroad Overpass and Five Mile Road to US 87.
