The development of this Transportation Plan includes an extensive public involvement process. This process has been designed to encourage public involvement and meaningful participation. Several public outreach activities have been and will continue to be held on the project over the project's development.

At the present time, an informational open house has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 6th, beginning at 6:00 pm. It is expected the meeting will end at approximately 8:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the community room at Hamilton City Hall (223 South Second Street). The purpose of this public open house is to present the draft project recommendations developed during this planning project, and how these recommendations address identified existing, and future, transportation system deficiencies.

This public open house will consist of a short presentation and the showcasing of several informational displays available at the meeting. The short formal presentation will begin promptly at 6:15 pm. All are welcome at this event!
