What to Expect During Construction

For the safety of the public and workers, MDT encourages motorists to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, slow down, and use caution when traveling through the work zone. North 7th Avenue will remain open with single-lane traffic in each direction during construction.

Motorists may encounter:

• Reduced speed limits.
• Intermittent lane closures.
• Flaggers or temporary signals to direct traffic.
• Detours to direct traffic away from the intersection.
