Traffic will be controlled by traffic-sensing smart signals over the bridge for the duration of construction. The signals will allow both north and southbound traffic through the work zone. One lane will be closed most of the time.

Frontier West is anticipating closing the bridge for one weekend to complete bearing replacement work. Additional closures are not currently expected.

Flathead River

Precautions are being taken to protect the river and its users during construction. It is unlikely that the river will close as a part of this project.
