Past Public Meetings
From November 2018 through December 2022, MDT hosted a series of in-person open houses and online live public meetings, where the project team shared the study overview, process, and next steps with the public for the existing 27th Street at-grade railroad crossing. The project team also answered stakeholder questions and listened to their issues and concerns.

Meeting #4
In-Person Open House Public Meeting – December 12, 2022, 3-6 p.m.
Display boards used at the in-person open house updated stakeholders about the project study. Key project personnel were available to answer stakeholder questions and discuss the project. Stakeholder feedback was collected and added to the project database.
Online Public Meeting – December 15, 2022, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
A PowerPoint presentation was given during the online live public meeting to update stakeholders about the project study. Key project personnel were available to answer stakeholder questions. Stakeholder feedback was collected and added to the project database. Similar information was presented at both this meeting and the in-person open house.

Two Online Live Public Meetings – December 1, 2022, 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Instead of an in-person open house, two online live meetings were held due to COVID-19 and concerns about public safety. MDT hosted both online meetings on December 1, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Key project personnel shared the study overview and next steps.
