Community involvement and support is necessary for successful implementation of this safety planning effort. Outreach efforts are being made by the City of Helena to include community stakeholder participation. This participation may include placing public notice in local print and media, posting of flyers in public places and to the City of Helena website; as well as meeting notices in various community news letters, i.e. the local hospital, Chamber of Commerce, Helena School District, Carroll College, and Downtown Helena.
