Formal Public Notice of Comment period open June 30th – July 30th 2025

Public Review and Comment Request

MDT announces a 30-day public review and comment period for the Draft Revised Storm Water Management Program. The comment period will begin on Monday June 30 2025 beginning at 8:00 am, and closes on Wednesday, July 30th at 3:00 pm.

MDT has updated its Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) and is asking for public input to provide feedback on the draft revised document and to help improve the implementation of the program to further protect water quality. MDT’s Draft Revised Storm Water Management Plan is available at the following link:
