Draft Reports Available for Review

MDT has completed a draft Corridor Study to provide a comprehensive long-range plan for managing the corridor and to identify feasible improvement options to address transportation concerns. MDT has also completed a draft Access Management Plan to guide management of access points and spacing along MT 3 as development, redevelopment, or construction projects occur in the future. The draft documents are linked below.

The public review period is open through February 23, 2026.
