It provides a convenient opportunity for community members to participate at their own pace beginning August 3.

Reports for Review
The first step in the transportation planning process was to develop an Involvement Plan to identify anticipated engagement opportunities and potential timeframes over the course of the planning effort. This plan emphasizes ongoing communication with the public and stakeholders to identify needs, constraints, and opportunities and to determine feasible improvements based on available resources and local support. We invite you to review the Involvement Plan to learn more about proposed strategies for meaningful participation and engagement in the study.
Next in the planning process, a draft Environmental Scan was prepared to document existing physical, biological, and social/cultural conditions. The scan provides an overview of regulatory requirements and resource agency jurisdiction, explaining why these considerations are relevant to the study. Potential environmental constraints and considerations outlined in the report may influence the location and type of corridor improvement options proposed.
The draft Existing and Projected Conditions Report addresses demographic and economic conditions affecting traffic volumes, the physical roadway corridor and associated transportation facilities, geometric characteristics, current and projected traffic conditions, and safety conditions in the study corridor. The information presented in this report provides the technical foundation for identifying corridor needs and objectives and for evaluating potential improvement strategies in subsequent phases of the corridor study.
